  1. AlarmWiz 2.20

  3. Description: AlarmWiz is an easy to use alarm scripting and scheduling
  4. program which can play audio files, dial Internet connections, send email
  5. or pages, launch programs, and more.  The program features a flexible
  6. scheduler which allows for a wide range of scheduling including hourly,
  7. daily, weekly, and monthly alarms as well as more flexible schedules such
  8. as the second Friday of each month.  As an extra bonus, AlarmWiz 
  9. includes an Internet time synchronizer which synchronizes the system
  10. clock to the National Atomic Clock through multiple servers. AlarmWiz
  11. features an attactive, easy to use interface which makes functions easy
  12. to find and a help file is included with screen shots for quick learning
  13. and reference. AlarmWiz also includes a network mode which allows
  14. multiple systems to use the same alarm configuration file on a remote
  15. server.  The evaluation version of AlarmWiz includes a 30 day trial and
  16. registration is easy and affordable at $24.95 and special introductory
  17. and volume discounts are also offered.

  70. to automatically retry FTP sessions. AlarmWiz will also optionally
  71. reconnect the Internet connection if it was lost during a failed FTP
  72. session. In addition, the overall performance of the FTP functions was

  74. 3. New Logging Feature - Version 2.0 of AlarmWiz adds the option for
  75. AlarmWiz to a create logs file which contains details on the execution
  76. of alarms.
  77. 4. New File Operations - Version 2.0 of AlarmWiz adds new options to
  78. move, copy, or delete files. In addition, on file copies and moves,
  79. the files can be renamed with an embedded timestamp. This feature is
  80. useful for retrieving web files, such as webcam images or data files
  81. which are updated on a periodic basis.
